CallWriter affiliates obtain their stats by logging into our affiliate management system. Enter your affiliate username and password to enter the system. Our system will present only data related to your unique affiliate ID and revshare. We do not allow anyone else access to your affiliate data.

Detailed Revenue Share Report

The top two tables contain results for the period (month, multi-month or year-to-date) selected by you for review and only contain data related to your affiliate ID and revshare. We do not allow anyone else access to your affiliate data. Your affiliate revshare percentage is shown in the top table.

Voids/Refunds refer to chargebacks, voided transactions and refunds. We do not break out results by special promotional offers, so the numbers above include all transactions for the indicated period, irrespective of price of special terms.

Free Trials: persons who took advantage of the CallWriter 10-day free trial monthly membership, in which the credit card is not billed until the 10th day following sign-up.

Conversions: the number of free trials that converted during the period to paid memberships upon card billing. Conversions shown may relate to free trials initiated during the period shown or the preceding period, since late-month free trials will convert the following month.

Cancellations: refers to the number of members who canceled their membership during the month and therefore will not be rebilled. It also includes persons on the free trial who canceled prior to the first billing.

First bills: the original billing of a credit card upon initiation of membership. This could indicate a first-time member or returning member. Conversions are included in the monthly first bills number.

Rebills: means subsequent billings of a member's credit card after the first bill; applicable to recurring memberships that are automatically renewed and for which the credit card is automatically rebilled each succeeding membership period for the duration of membership. Rebills therefore refer to continuing members.

The bottom table, Total Affiliate Referrals for Period, states the total number of your affiliate referrals who were CallWriter members during the time period selected by you for review. These numbers include both recurring and non-recurring members, but do not include free trials that had not yet converted nor members who had cancelled.
